Join us for a great new adventure with Trail Life USA. We are looking to recruit an area committee, in the neighborhoods in and around Maryland, to support and serve Troops.
Trail Life USA (TLUSA) is a Christ-centered Christian-owned and operated organization for boys and young men ages 5-24. We are not merely another church youth program or Bible study. TLUSA is a masculine outdoor program focused on adventure, character and leadership development. Our program is based on Biblical Christian values and a love of God’s creations. We parted ways with the BSA in June of 2013, and we wish them well and we honor their legacy, as we raise those standards in Trail Life USA with a new Vision, Mission, Motto and Standard:
· VISION- Our vision is to be the premier national character development organization for young men which produces Godly and responsible husbands, fathers, and citizens
· MISSION- Our mission is simple and clear: To guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure.
· MOTTO- Walk Worthy from Col. 1:10 (so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.)
· STANDARD (LAW / CREED) – There is no Trailman Law or Creed outside of the Bible, the inspired and holy Word of God.
Adult members affirm themselves to a Trinitarian Christian Statement of Faith and a Statement of Values, believing God calls us to lives of purity, service, stewardship and integrity. Youth members are not required to accept Christianity, but they are expected to adhere to Christian standards of behavior.

Statement of Faith & Values
This statement of faith and values will be signed by all adult leaders in the Trail Life USA program:
“We believe that there is One Triune God – Father,
Jesus Christ His one and only Son, and the Holy Spirit –
Creator of the universe and eternally existent. We
believe the Holy Scriptures (Old and New Testaments)
to be the inspired and authoritative Word of God. We
believe each person is created in His image for the
purpose of communing with and worshipping God. We
believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit who enables
us to live a Godly life. We believe that each individual
is called to love the Lord their God with all their heart,
mind, soul and strength; and to love their neighbors as
themselves. We believe that each individual is called to
live a life of purity, service, stewardship and integrity.”
